The guided meditation will lead you either in movement or stillness through relaxation and visualization exercises. You will be in a comfortable, quiet environment, either sitting, standing, or lying down. I will provide gentle cues and instructions to help you stay present and centered. The session will conclude with a debriefing and an opportunity to share your experiences or ask questions.
